Official Rules
1. Promotion Overview
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Satchel & Page Quarterly Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Satchel & Page LLC located at 4695 Clover Haven St., Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75227 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
There are four Promotion Periods listed below. The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Start Date and ends at 11:59 PM ET on End Date ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
Suggested quarterly windows:
- Q1: January 1 - March 31
- Q2: April 1 - June 30
- Q3: July 1 - September 30
- Q4: October 1 - December 31
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit www.satchel-page.pro and submit your first name and valid email address using the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries submitted by any other means, including but not limited to script, macro, bot, or other automated means, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected on or around 7 days after the Promotion Period ends by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. Prize
One (1) grand prize: A Satchel & Page gift card valued at one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD). The gift card is valid for use on www.satchel-page.pro only. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total approximate retail value of prize: $1,000.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within 5-7 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within [5] business days of notification, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize must be redeemed within 14 days of notification email from the Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions are final.
8. Conditions of Participation
By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize won.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in Texas and further agrees that in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy
Information collected through this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.satchel-page.pro/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Satchel & Page. You may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Winners List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@satchel-page.pro. Winner requests must be received by 60 days after promotion end.
